Travel Local took all the hard work out of our holiday in Thailand - including the planning. They were helpful, hard-working, polite and always there when needed. They allow you to liaise directly with the local travel company or, if there are questions and answers that get "lost in translation", then they will intervene to clarify things. Their service was excellent and the local company that they used in Thailand were always there at the right place, at the right time and on the dot. The holiday was tailored in a way that was very flexible....we were escorted when we preferred a guide but left to ourselves when it suited us better. Brilliant!
