From the first email I sent to travellocal.com, I was impressed with their excellent customer service. They were extremely helpful and put us in touch with a local agent in Mongolia. Even after all the arrangements had been made with the local agent, Tom still took the time to email and wish us well on our trip, and also gave us very useful advice from his own previous experience.
Can't fault them at all, and would definitely use them again.
