I have not yet travelled using local operatives introduced by travellocal.com, however I have just booked two travels with them. Till now everything has gone extremely well. I could tailor-make the travel plans to my exact requirement and on the exact dates I wanted, I received very constructive suggestions from both local agents, and payments could be made using credit card (unlike many local operatives who demand international bank transfer).
