Mariana demonstrated a lot of patience despite my many queries and requests for changes in putting together what looks like a fantastic trip to Costa Rica. She was very good at advising us of alternative options and was quick to respond back to us . Also kept us up to date in the booking process. We simply felt a trust was quickly established and we were working with people who really knew the country and what it could offer us rather than a UK travel company who was simply passing on am itinerary put together in Costa Rica.. Cutting out the middle man cannot be a bad thing when it comes to cost and local expertise.
