I found travellocal through Wanderlust. The team there were very responsive to my request and explained what they were all about and how I make contact with the local agents. It was clear to me that they monitored the email correspondence in the portal between me and the local agent as they were very responsive when the local agent wasn't eg because it was a Friday and that was their weekend (Oman). I experienced an excellent trip with Secret Oman/Zahara Tours in Oman and will not hesitate to use travellocal again for my next trip.
