I found the website was really easy to use. It was helpful to see a selection of holiday ideas for the country and to read information about the travel company we would be using. On the booking form, I thought the questions were just right and I particularly liked the ability to select multiple interests. These questions allowed me to give a comprehensive overview of what we were after and meant that we didn’t end up changing anything on the itinerary that the travel company put together for us. I love the idea of using locally based companies but being able to pay through a secure site. We have travelled with local companies to other countries and had to wire money, which felt a bit dodgy! Interestingly, I recommended the site to my mum and she found it really difficult to navigate.
