Very refreshing to have a completely personalised service. After our initial enquiry, the local agent got in touch with a draft itinerary which had some really unique and interesting suggestions. We asked him to tweak it a bit to bring the cost down and he reverted the next day with an amended itinerary that met all our requirements. Can't wait to go on the holiday now!
