So far very good. Booked a trip to Costa Rica. Very helpful contact, Mariana, in Costa Rica. Easy process and all questions answered promptly. Accommodation all looks lovely and at a decent price too. Friendly reception at UK office when I rang to pay. Fingers crossed the rest of the trip will be as good!
