Excellent customer service
Having had an excellent trip to Jordan in November 2019 with TravelLocal we booked to go to Peru with them, pre Corona Virus. Unfortunately as our travel date was during lockdown it had to be cancelled.
We were kept informed in the run up to our departure date and received a full refund 2 days BEFORE our travel date. No hassle no arguments no need to do an insurance claim.
Can't wait to use them again
