Don't be foolish and book with these...
I am going to raise awareness on all platforms with multiple messages.. and reviews.
I booked a room for £78 I went to ammend it to add another room but ended up cancelling by mistake.. 2 minutes later I have contacted them and spoke to Rich in Central reservations. who said the room has gone and I still have to pay the money.. I have photos of all this if anyone wants proof. if the room is gone fine I understand that but (win in 2 minutes mind) but not to offer me a replacement is disgusting. when I messaged them on Facebook I had a message off 'james' sorry you will still pay. AVOID this company ad it is a joke! no offer to resolve this.. nothing.
