Absolutely awful customer service. We’ve been told we have to self-isolate as my daughter has been in contact with someone from her nursery that’s tested positive for COVID. So we’re unable to travel this coming weekend. I’ve called them twice and sent a form off on their website. Absolutely nothing back or no help over the phone - “just fill in the form and wait for someone to come back to you”.
I just need a voucher code confirming so I can use it at a later date. Being messed around massively and doubt I’d stay in a Travelodge again now!
