Booked online through Agoda.com there were no double rooms so paid extra for a family room.
Upon check in, I was told they had a double room and was given that.
Spoke to Agoda about a refund for the difference. They said they couldn't and I should contact Travelodge direct.
I did that and they said they couldn't talk to me about it and I should contact Agoda.
Basically got nowhere and was going round in circles.
Avoid these companies. They are quick enough to take your money, but if you have a query, they wash their hands of it.
Will certainly not use either of these two ever again.
