Arrived to find bar/cafe was shut for the night - had to make arrangements to take two young kids out for a meal. Very inconvenient. None of the 4 bedside USB chargers were working - all broken. Not great when you’ve only brought charging cables and have 3 people’s iPads, watches and my phone to charge. Not particularly helpful. Breakfast in the morning, no gluten free bread because i hadn’t told them when I checked in. I have stayed in many hotels over the last few years and this has never been an issue. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, and there had clearly recently been new carpets laid throughout the hotel. Hotel was pleasant, but unlikely I would recommend or return based on the above issues.
