Always fine but that’s most I can say. Usually needs updating and not super clean, but good enough. Would definitely recommend getting rid of typhoo tea bags as they are gross. Could do with updating things such as very small tv in room etc. Very basic but also it is cheaper than premier inn and you can feel that. I only ever stay when I book super early and it’s cheap, when it’s a really expensive stay I would never bother as it’s just ‘fine’ and never worth more than say £40 a night as just a basic room
