Really lovely staff and a nice quiet place to stay. However , had to wait ages to be seated whilst the two cafe staff were having a chat for breakfast. And the juice machine was out. Im sure they could have managed orange and apple in a jug. The room was big but the cobwebs were so obvious it was just a bit lazy. And one night the Dining room wasn't open so ordered a pizza it went to re c eption but noone let me know it was there so it was cold by the time I realised where it had gone. And they key cards just kept not working. Just really understaffed but the main reception staff were lovely. And we loved the nesting Swan we hope she has the fluffiest brood.
