The booking process is straightforward and the site is generally user-friendly (and that’s coming from a technophobe!) but there’s one thing that really annoys me: I never think to sign in while I’m browsing, so when I go to the booking page and it says enter your details or sign in, I do the latter, but instead of taking me back to continue my booking, it goes back to the home page and I have to start all over again!!
