Was booking a number of nights stays in different locations and mistakenly booked the wrong day, realised within 2 minutes and called the booking number to resolve. Unfortunately they could not help so told me to email customer services, no phone number! Emailed customer services and I’m still waiting to hear back from the over a day later. Not good customer service at all, especially as my stay is early next week!
