Good things first. Tunbridge Travelodge is great with a great breakfast...we stay there every time we come to uk from NZ. Good price. Spacious rooms. Off street parking is good. Has a lift which is good for people like me who find stairs difficult. BUT the downside is trying to book on line from outside the UK. I had all sorts of problems entering my address and my billing address which is a New Zealand address. Every time I entered my NZ post code it rejected it because it is not a UK post code. I got there in the end but it was frustrating and took persistence from me. It seems to depend on the sequence of entering information...country, other address details. So this part of your website needs improving. Nevertheless I shall continue to stay in this particular travel lodge for every UK visit. Peter
