I have stayed in the Royal Scot Travelodge several times, usually on my own. This time I shared with an old friend but the room was the smallest I've ever been allocated, with the tiniest hotel bathroom I have ever seen. I understood room cleaning needed to be kept to a minimum during times of Covid restrictions, but I was very disappointed at the lack of cleaning this time. On our second day all that happened was that our two used bath towels were roughly folded and left piled on the table - we had no idea which one we had each used. The next day we were given two new bath towels and the small unused hand towel was taken away. The beds weren't made, nor was the bathroom cleaned at any time during our 3-night stay. I'm not sure I will stay here again. Very disappointing.
