Having called your booking office to enquire a two night stay to visit a very ill friend, I was astounded that your website page advertises £55 only to investigate further that rooms were over twice that amount. I have secured a better price in Winchester, although Days Inn haven't been well used by me.
Stop using minimum booking price and give the real cost. It is misleading and even your staff member admitted it was wrong.
Never had any issues before with Travelodge but really disappointed on this occasion.
