I am in Ireland and the site kept asking me for a UK postcode. I exited in and out of the site 4 times to see if I could get it to recognise the fact I was not in the UK. In the end I put in my sons UK postcode so I could finish my booking. I found it all very frustrating and was at the point of choosing a different hotel. Please sort it out.
