Booked a double room for two and ended up getting the disability room (421) with two single beds. One of the beds, the mattress was bigger than the actual bed frame so it was a very uncomfortable sleep to say the least. Hotel was fully booked so couldn’t even switch rooms
Not only that but took 20-25mins to be checked in as the receptionist was busy cleaning two rooms.
