St Austell Branch. Annoying that bookings have to be made on the website and not on site. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Not their fault that the lift is out of order. Heavy luggage had to be dragged up the stairs. Ethan very kindly assisted with carrying them up. One of the cleaners helped me back down. Site very clean inside. Breakfast a bit of a faff as the water pressure drop caused the hot and cold dispensers to stop working and you have to find a member of staff to reset them.
