Tried 4 times to add early check in via internet didn't work? Forced to phone @ 13p pm + network charges to arrange early check in cost £2.24 from my network .. arrived at Travelodge no early check-in had been included .. prepaid horizon £10.15 for parking at Travelodge . No parking spaces available .. told by hotel manager go somewhere else and pay ... Not very helpful? You need to coordinate with horizon for this problem to arise again?
