As I’ve not yet been to the travel lodge I’ve only just booked I can’t yet rate it. The booking on line was complicated. I was asked to sign in to open an account at the end which ment I lost my booking. It would have been easier if I was asked to join at the start. Then it would have been a simpler process to put my details in and pay. Doing it the way you did I had to put my details in twice.
