On the 15th of May, I incurred a very bad experience trying to book a hotel. I thought I had booked a hotel , only when I called the hotel directly and the reservation centre, only to be told by both that the hotel booking had not gone through, then to be advised by the reservation employee that the hotel was fully booked. I then booked a nearby travelodge hotel. To my surprise after 1 hour ,30 minutes later received confirmation of my initial booking had gone through and that the other booking plus a further booking in Chichester for the 6th of June had been charged and monies taken from my account had been booked. I am unable to speak to a customer service advisor as they do not take calls only emails. It turned that I paid for 2 nights at different travelodge hotels and a further one in Chichester in june all at the ssme time. I book on a regular basis of 2 hotels a week for my employee to enable him to have a safe place to stay from home. I will be looking to book Premier Inns. Not sure if Travelodge really care of business customers. John J S Couriers
