It's great that you can now make larger bookings all in one go on the website. Thank you for amending that! Two things I would suggest that would have improved things for me is that you allow one booking name to be used for advance multiple room bookings; I've had to make guesses on some of the guest names and I don't think I can amend them online so now I most likely will have to call up and waste my time and your staff's time to correct them. It also wasn't clear that there was a big credit card booking fee which was avoidable using PayPal, perhaps you could make that clearer?
