I had some difficulty in booking from Canada when it came to moving to payment. Although I identified as being out of country and filled in Canadian address the site kept wanting a UK postcode. It took several attempts and I was unable to get any on-line help. I was about to book a different hotel when it finally worked. Had not had this problem booking other aspects of my trip.
