the online booking is quite well structured and friendly uses.
It would have deserved at least 4 stars.
However, I was not well impressed contacting your call center.
I needed additional information and the first person I got in contact with was unprofessional and unpolite, let's say even a bit rude.
Fortunately I didn't give up and tried to reach a second number, this time I was supported very well.
I have been your guest in the past and we decided to come back and stay with my family at Travelodge since the last experience was good.
I hope this post can give you adding value.
In my opinion, having a bad experience with the first approach can mean losing chances of new incoming clients, but it can also damage the professional image of your service.
