The travelodge website booked me in at the wrong hotel, spoke to reservations the next day to change it. Was assured there were rooms at Brighton seafront Hotel, I had checked this and the website said fully booked, live chat person Ross b. Tried also to change it to no avail then cut me off on chat. 3 days later the seafront room becomes available at £70 less, this is a disgusting way to treat a customer.
