I have used Travelodge over the past 40 odd years, so have seen it through many births and rebirths! So far have always had good experiences. The only downside on occasion is older properties have very poor noise, reduction, floors, ceilings and walls, but that is more the thoughtless great British public being selfish and inconsiderate I guess! Staff always helpful….food, improved over the years, but still basic, however, basic and edible, which is the important thing. Extra pillows, towels, coffee, sugar, et cetera always available and staff are usually full of information about the area.
