Cant understand why you cant swap travelodge to travelodge, its going in the same pot!!, Out train on strike, so decided to drive, didnt want to drive middle london so opted for a travelodge outside, and underground into london centre, still a travelodge ..the 1st one paid for as a gift but only had standard not flexi so lost the money....still going travelodge but had to pay again!!! Thats not good!!, not like we chose a different hotel franchoise. Wanted early check in, rang night before, pay on day got there early, no one in check in..rang number stated 7 times before anyone answered, and came to check in...clean room, if already clean why charge 10 pound to take the room early?....tv remote broken, changed it, still not worked but hey oh...didnt come to watch tv...caught underground into london, coming back we had to abandon underground as they decided to turf us out at acton station, had to get cab back to travelodge, so did we decide to use the best travelodge? Was a hassle in the end.
