Stayed 1 night on arrival only a double bed in family room. The lovely lady at reception sorted this out when we went out. Also brought another cup and more coffee/tea milk to room. Carpet wasn’t the cleanest but it was ok. We took are dog with us 1st time ever it was perfect.Carol was great the following day giving us tips on the area and getting to Cardiff. We would definitely use again. Perfect size and location not far from train station and free parking. There’s a Lidl supermarket over the car park and The Red Kite pub next door. (dog friendly) lovely outside area with roof and heaters. Well done you will be seeing us again perfect location lovely friendly staff.
