The website is well laid out and easy to follow.
I got stuck (30th May between 12-1 when the webpage would not click through to the payment page
It took about 10 attempts, about half of which needed the re-entering the Room 2 guest information
When I tried to call to check whether this was a website problem or it was just me, the recorded message told me I would be charged for the privilege of getting my problem fixed. I hung up at that point and went back to trying on line. Eventually it worked.
