Good points:Great location,good price, clean room
Bad points: toilet near breakfast area tap top missing so could not wash hands, staff seemed strange, asked where nearest bit of greenery to let dog go for a 1 and 2, they did not know although it was right outside, maybe they did not understand?
Breakfast good kids eat free, would stay again!location is a winner!
