The toilets in the lobby were in need of a cleaning. The bar area had dirty cups on various tables and tables were in need of a cleaning, staff hanging around chit chatting instead of looking after the area. Our room was clean and a good size.
The friendliness of the staff depended on who you spoke with. Some where friendly and helpful others not so much.
Would I stay here again - no.
