I tried to book on my phone and accidentally put in the incorrect date, I tried and tried to rectify this but instead of changing the date the booking added a date, I did this numerous times and gave up eventually making the booking on my wife’s phone. Amendments to bookings are almost impossible using your system, this wasn’t the first time and I can assure you that it puts customers off if the booking system isn’t friendly!
