Assistant manager Micheal at travelodge docklands central was very amazing. He solved our issue of the hotel room access cards not working. He apologised on behalf of collegaues the day of arrival was not the best experience. But Micheal solved the issue by moving us to another family room which less was inconveniencing each time we went out .
Overall hotel was very clean and tidy.
