This was the worst hotel I have stayed in Doesn't look like the picture. I have a temporary disability, yet I was put in a room on the 2nd floor in an hotel with no lift. The rooms were archaic. I took a break from Premier Inn and regret. The restaurant next door was a TOBY carvery. The choices were a roast or a roast, and the service was awful I wanted a glass of wine but the brand I wanted I couldn't have as they couldn't find a corkscrew.
Mindboggling.
