I am assuming you want a review of the booking process itself. Very easy for an elderly person ( not too good with computers) to book one room for one night , but as I wanted to book a second night for return journey, I found I had to pay for the first one and redo the whole process.
I realise it could be my inability to surf the net or understand how these modern gadgets operate !!!
