I booked a room on the Internet which I found quote easy, but realised I needed to amend my booking the telephone no that was stated just rang out tried several times, eventually found Travelodge Rugeley number from Internet but it was a prime rate no so had to pay, when I did get through the Receptionist at this travelodge was most pleasant and helpful its just a pity I had all that trouble and charge getting through them
