I wasted a lot of time trying to find the hotel! The confirmation simply gave the address as High Street, Stratford. As I was not in a car I did not have a satnav to respond to a Post Code and the High Street contains some 300 property numbers. Perhaps it was silly of me to imagine that the hotel would be at the Stratford Centre end (which it was not).
The TV controller was held together with sticky tape and did not react to every command instantly.
