Searching for a particular location was a real pain. I knew there was a hotel at Paignton....yet keying that name into the search box I had to scroll through loads of unrelated locations....that is a basic functionality flaw!
I also wanted to know if we could take our dog, but couldn't confirm this until going through the booking process, there was nowt in T&C's ...could do with a simple FAQs page.
What in earth are the following questions about DELIVERY and was item damaged about? Looks like you have your surveys mixed up.
