Very disappointed, five minutes after placing the booking, I called to say I had made a mistake
which I noticed on the printout.
I was charged a fee just to change the date and the cost of the room was double
We have used this hotel many times and never had a problem before with the hotel or
indeed any other time when using Travelodge.
I feel that I have been let down by your admin department, where I felt the lady that dealt with my issue
was a little curt, perhaps I should have dealt with the hotel direct.
