Staff is kind and helpful.
I was not anticipating sleeping beneath rumbling trains. The twin room is very small although it was very clean. Window view is a concrete wall heightening that underground lightless experience - unpleasant and disconcerting. Wifi is not complimentary nor is breakfast - not sure this is good value.
