Online booking was difficult to use when booking multiple rooms, with different sleeping arrangements, for a group of people staying differing lengths of time.
When booking online for a group, there needs to be separate drop-downs available to cater for this because once you set check-in and check-out dates, it assumes you want this applied to all rooms automatically, which is not always the case.
