Unbelievable to my sheer amazement and utter disappointment, Travelodge had just "stolen" 70 pounds from me, a pensioner of 74 years, struggling like
many other people to make ends meet in the current cost of living climate for a hotel room and service that simply does not exist and to make things
worse now refuses to give me my money back even though I made this booking completely in good faith.
