Booked for November 2023. Logged onto your website. I had forgotten my password so asked for a password reset. That was 24+ hours ago, still no reply. Poor. I selected dates and paid without problem. About an hour later I needed to amend dates ( no RSC theatre tkts available for show night we wanted to attend). I could not amend dates online on "My Travelodge" because my password had stil not been reset. I had to phone the hotel direct but was given the number 08719848484 to change dates. It tok 10 minutes to b connected. I was then told it cost £9 more so I had to give all my card details to a stranger including the 3 digt number. Not mpressed/happy.
