The booking experience is archaic when compared to Premier Inn, booking.com etc... it's slow, clunky and I usually have to attempt it multiple times to get it done. At least 50% of the time I end up booking elsewhere.... Also the quality of the hotels ranges from disgusting(Morden) to very good (Covent Garden) but toy don't know until you have experienced the stay. You really need to upgrade your brand damaging hotels... I think the rest of the questions highlight just how poor your IT provider or team are...
