I have been charged for 2 rooms which I didn't mean to book and I cannot get a refund. I feel that your booking system is not clear and being visually impaired, I feel that not be able to get a refund for an innocent mistake is discriminatory. I can't control my visual impairment and do the best I can, but I am human and make mistakes. Thanks, Naomi
